Tea: Drink prepared through the infusion of leaves, flowers, roots of Camellia sinensis.
The 4 types of existing teas (white, green, oolong and black) are distinguished by their processing. In black tea, the oxidation of Camellia sinensis is the most intense. Chemically speaking, this tea is rich in potent antioxidants, the flavonoids.
A cup of tea has, on average, 40 mg of caffeine.
The best way to prepare the tea is to put the leaves in boiling water (for black tea the water should be in boiling point, 100º) and keep boiling from 30 seconds to 5 minutes (brewing). After this, the tannins are released, making the tea bitter. In order to preserve tea from tannin flavor, the entire beverage should be placed in a second glass, preferably earthenware, without veneer (ideally porcelain, which retains heat).
Although there are virtually no conclusive scientific results, several studies suggest the benefits of tea for health in such vast areas as oncology, cardiovascular, infectious and metabolic diseases. I personally find it with benefits for development, too !! :-)
My homemade revelation with black tea: I put 750 ml of water to a boil. When it boiled, I added 8 sachets of black tea. After 3 minutes, I removed 200 ml for two cups of porcelain and allowed to cool. The rest kept boiling for another 2 minutes. Let cool at room temperature. I drank, accompanied by my husband, the tea placed in the cups: -D!
To the 500 ml obtained, at room temperature, I added 8 grams of sodium carbonate and after well diluted, 2 grams of Vitamin C (anhydrous). The temperature of the mixture rose 2 degrees (22 degrees).
I developed for 60 minutes, shaking only in the first minute.
